Completely agree with pretty much everything you have said here but to add to it, I think the market will wait to see how much each practice/planner is using the service.
Some might use IAM religiously, some might very, very rarely. Even if they have less practices/planners, they could still be quite profitable if they are getting majority of a select few practices' business as opposed to the odd plan or two like many other outsourcing companies.
It's the destination, not the journey.
