It is interesting that you say TNG is floundering. TNG is getting all it's ducks in a line, and so far has not encountered any negatives from achieving a plan that will deliver a NPV of 4.9 billion.
The only group floundering are the day traders buying and selling to each other. It is only the traders that have lost buying from the 17m sell off at various prices (ave 23.7c) and having sold at a lot lower prices. If you bought as a long term trader at 28c you still got a bargain if you kept them IMO.
