    I had my first attack in 2019. As I didn't know what the hell.was going on I was thrashing about in bed thinking I was having a stroke or something.... boy did I make a meal out of it ....

    since then I have learnt that the only thing to do when it happens is stay very still and let it pass. That worked very well for me until Friday when symptoms have persisted although I battled through it.

    doing a deck atmo , although back in Syd for a few days, and can't help but think that it's a delayed reaction to the hours and hours spent everyday head down .

    anyway, it's been good to hear of your experiences as I don't personally know anyone else with it.
