Exactly that is what a demand level is by definition (an area where real world demand exceeds supply) and if price breaks below they will often go back to test the next demand level if price holds they will then move up to test the supply level. It was a touch of the supply level on Thursday morning that triggered the two day bear's picnic. When it creates a new demand level where genuine demand exceeds supply it will tear upwards till it runs into genuine supply.
