NO, you've missed the point, wouldn't have re-tipped the same tip,

as the reason the post was modded, was so that he could change his tip.

You still haven't clarified what happens when someone self moderates.

ALL self modded posts should exclude the pinner for the night.

As you say, the scanner cannot scan moderated posts, so they

can't be valid entrants for the night, as nobody knows what was modded.

As for HC glitches, (the one in a thousand), they can be sorted manually by yourself,

or the poster can edit the "glitched" post, or better still,

post their tips as a (stand alone) post, then there can't be a glitch.
