Futures are trading at a discount. The discount reduced today as a number of asx200 stocks (mainly property and infrastructure stocks)went ex div (GPT, Stockland , Transurban, Syd Airports ) etc. That accounted for around 13 points of discount. The discount will reduce further as more stocks in the 200 basket trade ex. Most of this happens later in the next quarter.
