Yes it is a nice part of the world up in FNQ. I did spend a bit of time up there around Princess Charlotte bay, Lockhart river, Portland Roads and Horne Is many years ago. Not sure if you do much travelling on Qantas link but if you do and happen to hear a nice young ladies voice from the cockpit its probably my mates daughter who flies Dash 8's through NQ/FNQ. So far so good the gardenias have survived this rainy season without further loss!
