I hear you about the weight gains, due to not labouring as much... I spend 8-10hours on the screen these days.. money at finger tips... but I have to get off my ass to now pump the muscles back in place... fishing only works the arms ....

I use to do Mauy Thai for years, trained a few students in my time... but one day I sat down... and hmmm, yeah that isn't always a good thing....

I still have a six pack...... but its in the fridge...
