i think the rights fell through at 0.9c strauss

there was a smaller placement of 100m shares to Cygnet clients a few weeks ago at 0.5c

approval for $1m - $1.5m was given at meeting yesterday

i'm assuming they will place the 300m at 0.5c in the near future

maybe clients are selling out of their initial tranche to fund the new ones yet to be issued

still in the right sector but a lot of shares yet to wash through
