I remember when UNI (now UNS), ran from low 40's to 90's on anticipation of NASDAQ listing (with the help of Partnership agreement with major pharmaceutical partner)
Following listing which was 6 to 1, the SP rocketed to $1.76 AUD with the help of FDA approval. UNIS (nasdaq) ran from its floating SP of $6.00 to $24 in the first couple days. However the SP lost alot of ground since then.
Still remains a long term buy and hold in anticipation o more contracts and pharma deals to be announced mid year.
