I've noticed that this seems to happen on a higher than normal occurance (not just with SDL).

Seems to be a prelude to an announcement & price break out (generally upward).

This lot of options had some time to run before being exercised.

So one would wonder why? Wouldn't one?

Seems some urgency to hold the fully paids. Wouldn't want to be mucking around converting the options if a run were to happen?

Any other conspiracy theorists out there?
