he certainly does!! he bases all his stuff on Gann theory and from what I've seen at the seminars I go to he has found some minor flaws in gann theory and improved on them.

both use the basic premise that, without fault, history always repeats, to such a degree that it can be predicted, and both of them have been able to do it with precise accuracy - if only i had their skills, i'd be a multi-millionaire like them.

mind you, in reading bowdens books, he also makes it VERY clear that picking the major tops and bottoms is not important at all, its picking the day to day and weekly trends which is far far more important. i agree!
