18c is a speculative prediction based on the 12c anchor being lifted and the price should zoom to next historical level. 18c is the next significant high that occurred between January 2011 & February 2011.
If we are confident that we have a rising share price and not a falling price, then I believe that 18c is acheivable in the short term.
