I wonder how tomorrow closing price would affect the GM schedule.
If we close at 0.9c tomorrow, I guess very likely we'll get a after-market notice of deferral because how can the management ask the shareholders to approve the deal when sp does not even meet the relisting requirement?
Assume we close at 1.oc tomorrow and then we approve the deal in the GM on Monday. Don't forget GAL is still trading on Tuesday and what makes Peter think we'll close at least 1.oc on Tuesday?
I don't understand the logic....
