For a lot of us long term holders dndn was a target market cap as a guide for future value once all trials are done and accepted by FDA. So when it goes belly up out future is at stake. Ie 5bil has changed to 1-2bil. So we can't expect pre approval being as high as 1bil anymore. Ie the 1dollar party is a no longer feasible before trials are over. Risk is higher etc so sp has to move down and adj accordingly.
