ptialv, yes i agree have some faith...at the end of the day we are talking about shopping malls.Peoples everyday needs.

This is not a small mining company with drill samples and then share price goes up lol..cause of high grade results.those aren't assets there just spec assets.

Shopping malls are the real assets and im sure alot of people know that. I haven't checked properly but westfield has 24 billion dollars worth of debt. only difference is the gearing ratio is lower.

We have a debt issue , we know that; but we have the assets to back this up. i.e. more assets then liabilities

It is a balance sheet issue, not an operational issue.

People that hold this stock shouldn't get tricked by the market into selling lower because the share price has dropped.Think about it; the pain has been going on for about 8 months now, stick with your beliefs.
