No UraBull. My contention is that PEN specifically, considering Ross start-up issues, is currently not well positioned to take advantage of any U uptick. Regardless of U price, if Ross "fails" technically, no one will want a bar of PEN. My long-held view is that the operating data has consistently indicated technical issues and this is the fatal flaw that may be PEN's undoing. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong but that is how I am interpreting the current data.
As far as U price is concerned. I daren't make any prediction. Almost all (maybe all) analysts have been exposed as mugs over the last few years. Anything can happen but considering the duration of the downtrend, a sustained uptrend is not a very difficult bet to take. It's certainly not as awesomely cunning as some would lead you to believe.
