A 150 EMA study

Looks like the rest of the world has touched 150 EMS's excepting USA and FTSE

AORD was there for two days early this week
AXFJ not quite and maybe won't
AXJO was there three days ago for one day
Dow hasn't touched yet, still another 125 to go
FTSE not yet, 80 to go
GDAXI been there, sat down, stood up again, sat down waiting
GSPC looked, looked again, 10 to go
HSI been further and back again
Nasdaq 40 to go
SSEC fell through and not stood up gain yet
VIX is consolidating more than usual between 22 and 26 but is still a lower high than 30 Oct 09, if it spends much time above 26 in the next few days it could be signalling a change.
