Thanks for the feedback FS. I've also heard that Hallifax are ok - not sure what platform they use. IG's charting is good but thats not worth a pinch of sh*t when you can't trade the instrument. They moved the spi to a call only basis so early in the evening too. and it was the end of the trading week - luckily the market went my way in the end but it was nerve racking for a while. I'm not suprised by the difficulty you had calling the buggers - If it became neccessary i was going to hedge my position with one of the other indexes rather than taking their no doubt woeful quote over the phone to close out the position.

As i said though, its unbelievable - they had better rectify this hopeless arrangement or they will lose alot of customers!!!
