Mr HappyPappy I think you should remove your post because they not right and you saying SOC did something wrong ... This is not right and if you call broker or company they tell you this ... I spend 1 minute on phone to my broker who laugh at all confusion say it crazy ... If person with more 5%percent sell more than 1%percent they tell market ... don't have to tell market who buy stock though ... if person buy 5%percent and more then then also have to tell market ... so if mr happy pappy has 20%percent and sells 5%percent to 20 diff people only 1 notice released ... not 20 because no new person own 5%percent of company ... Big trade like this always happen off market so buyer and seller can negotiate settlement term ... might say get 10 day to pay ... this thread all wrong and just unnecessary scare people when nothing done wrong lol :) everyone need to chill out lol ... but mr happy pappy I think you little confused
