opt to exercise and then sell them privately off market at a negotiated price.

nice big parcel for someone to pick up or a few too share....without having to fight for them in the market place......

as the parcel is only 300k shares a sell disclosure would not be required as its way way under the 5 % reporting mark and they would not have to disclose that they have exercise....

BUT cdu will have to disclose the issue of the options being exercised and delivered.......

I'm sure the consultant did their work for part cash and part options in the expectation of making a big profit ...so I feel they will be wanting at least 50c profit on any sale offmarket
