Im not suggesting Buffet/Munger are GOING to lose on this deal, it is possible that he/they can, though history suggests otherwise.

When i watched the 10 part talk the other day, there were some things he said that made me think you MAY have blown it this time, again not saying he has but its not impossible to have made a serious blunder. They were my first thoughts.

He openly admits they have sailed close to the edge previously due to poor judgement on his part.
