APX is another story...in their case it's a matter of timing and liquidity.
By memory, Creasy owns about a quarter of Apex, so with only 50m odd shares on issue, APX is suffering from liquidity problems...which is right where he wants it to be for now!
The simple fact is there is very little going on that the market would consider to be "sexy" enough to show interest...and with Creasy's ongoing support, there is little need fo any capital raisings or placements, which basically means there is no need for a higher share price.
Most of their projects are still in their infancy, but when the time is right, it will move accordingly.
I think you will find that in time, their China projects will come to prominance and you will see what influence this man has.
