With motors screaming, flaps and airbrakes down, and terrain warning in the background has the ASX pulled out of its dive? Might have.
It is interesting how the price of the XJO often paused or closed on the natural resistance levels on the chart (light red horizontals) and today it fell almost exactly to the blue dashed 11 year support line before bouncing (prices are yesterdays). Always the chance of the dead cat bounce but with a fall of 23% from the recent peak this is in keeping with the fall historically experienced by major corrections. Now it's just down to how brave we fell to pick up a few bargains!
