yeah mate. How long have we been on this record low rate 1.5% ? Like 34 Months straight or something ? and if the market hasnt expanded then what is the chance of it does if Lowe drops another 25 basis points ?

don't be like Europe where the rate is 0 and they have no more tool to use apart from injecting more Fiat money into the system.
