Your last para raises an interesting point. How does the jb function in caretaker mode. It doesn't matter much assuming 30 day preempt period because we're almost there.
What is clear is that if both cne and FAR had no intention of preempting, then it would be on everyone's best interest to integrate wpl asap and get on with the campaign. This hasn't happened so all options are on till the closing bell.
