the scarey thing about the topix is that its not yet oversold.. getting close but not there yet and certainly not as oversold as the aug low.. and on past histrory, the topix can spend quite a bit of time in oversold zone .. I guess you can say its either bullish divergence or its a sign of more downside to come.. this is where the rsi is tricky eh..
