Let us say all the gold is in Fort Knox. So the USA has an extra 300 billion of reserves. How does 300 billion pay 17 trillion. How does a one off 300 trillion pay a deficit of 1 trillion per year
If I accept your answer that the US govt will go into surplus and begin paying the debt. Can I ask you for an estimate of what year the US govt will go surplus and start repaying. On that year my gold is not so good. What year do you think this will start to occur
