I think your post is a well reasoned one with good advice, wait until we get the earnings guidance.

Having said this, I totally understand and agree with Andrew's position as well. The board and management need a huge kick up the a$# for treating the small investors the way they have. We all invest our hard earned and many have done so for a long time. For ACL to stay silent and not give us a little more info, even if it was just reassuring type stuff is ignorant and arrogant. This company does look after the big end of town and insto's first, we saw that with the CR that floored all of us. Make no mistake, if they have to do another CR at any stage, it will be the same all over again, the insto's will get first dibs and clean up yet again. Just my thoughts.

If I was in a position to pull out I would be thinking of selling my lot as well as I think the lack of communication is a very poor position for all of us to have to suffer and I am not happy about it. Does management realise how many investors are totally frustrated with the silence??

Having said all of that, I do hope/believe that good things are to come with this stock as it is very much de-risked with Fonda revenues to come, I just hope it will be sooner rather than later. Changing my sentiment to HOLD.
