    Not sure if it's panic.
Take away the 15.757m of pre sales & then allow for stops to have been triggered by it & it really doesn't look like panic at all.

What if the 15.757 was a bulk buy put together for a Chinese entity.
The way it worked in London when they bought the slab of RIO was that they made a deal with instos to buy a ccertain amount at a certain price (60 pounds in the RIO case) & gave the instos x amount of time to accumulate them on market (if they wanted to still retain their own holding)
If this has been the same case thenthe run up from mid 30's to 50 could have been substntially essentially warehousing by insto for the Chinese & last the pre sale this morning could be one insto doing the transfer. If so we should expect more of the same at around the same price.

Interestingly, with the RIO case, once the deal was announced the RIO sp actually significantly retreated after the initial spike up on the news.
I think I'm out on any spike up this morning & wait to see if we see it sub 40 again to re-enter
