Reading though the announcements it does appear that share purchases from today will be eligible to participate. I've participated in many SPP's and never seen this before. It would explain the SP movements today, but it is very strange that they would allow people to qualify themselves for the raising after the announcement has been made. Honestly feels like a mistake to me as it does favour those who weren't invested to begin with which wouldn't normally be allowed.
