    Always find that can be intepreted either way, depending on the persons bullish/bearish view.

    - no panic, light volume (bullish as no conviction to sellers)
    - no panic, light volume (bearish as no sign of finality to down move i.e. capitulation).

    If one wants to the bullish/bearish, one can always find evidence to support his views.
