    To break the October 2002 low , the Dow would need to breach or close beneath 7,197 and that only seems like a matter of time.
    Elliott Wave projections have us in terminal Wave 5, so we appear to be needing to complete a bit further to the downside to complete the Elliott Count

    Are we going to see a low by mid March ?
