Bill Gross spelled it out yesterday.. the Thursday unemployment numbers are for the professionals, the Friday numbers are too rubbery and only the amateurs use them.. :-) Onya Bill, grumpy old sod.
All the same, the unemployment numbers last night showed continued softening in the usa jobs market, specially when coupled with the consumer spending/consumer confidence stuff.
