SPI futures traded in a 55 point range last night, with a high of 5887, low of 5832, and a close this morning of 5862, up an entire 7 points, on surprisingly, not so bad for us volume of 15,121 contracts. One gap up from last night at 5884, and one down from yesterday morning at 5828. There was one up on the ES from yesterday morning, but that filled last night.

No bloodbath last night, but mixed economic data, with worst than expected job numbers, and better than expected new home sales, concerns surrounding election volatility, a possible another fiscal relief bill, the coronavirus, and US-China relations saw US markets down, then up, then down a bit, to end with the DOW up .20 pct, SNP up .30 pct, Nasdaq up .37 pct and Canada (resource driven), up more, at .60 pct. VIX down .24 pct to 28.51. Have a nice Friday, the anything can happen day.
