The following is from Bloomberg re the rise in the Nikkei today:
"Japan's Nikkei 225 Stock Average advanced 2.6 percent to 13,283.05. Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. soared the most in more than two years after Toyota Motor Corp. said it will almost double its stake in the maker of Subaru cars."
