Fair comments!

Institutions do price shares before official announcement.
As a general rule shares fall when the good results are posted.
("Buy on rumour, sell on fact")

So my long term prediction for $1.20 may come thudding to a halt.

However often the driving force on news release is not the news itself (as kwehrend indicated 'tis already factored in before-hand) but tthe indications of future directions.
Perhaps this will be A driving force and encourage institutions to re-value and recommend accumulation.

As for exploration results?
Bill is not in the business of holding back such information - and to attach such exploration results to a financial report.

Bill must follow TSX rules.
That is exploration results cannot be released to the market until all the "t's" are crossed and the "i's" dotted.

(unlike the recent recent Copper mine hoo haaa on the ASX)
