I can’t remember the name of the stuff my mum used to add to the boiling water to breath over with the towel, but it was very good. methinks Mrs Dex needs to actually knock you out for a couple of days to minimise symptoms and let your body recover a little.
There have been some atrocious flus or ‘things’ hitting people last few months. Many test kits are useless, (apparently) but it sounds slightly more severe than man flu!
