Both zipp, It is like when dogs circle around their bed 3 times before they lie down. I roll over once or twice before I find that "just right" sleeping position - which strangely was the exact same "just right" position as the night before.
Best wishes for the medical outcome but I am finding it a little difficult to summon up the appropriate levels of compassion for you. "Dear Doctor, I have hurt myself whilst getting lots and lots of yummy lobsters and lots and lots of yummy huge fish....."
