Hi
@picastoc
During my busiest times running a previous business I used to rack up 50,000-60,000km per year and I worked out I was spending about 10% of my life in a car!
Even when I sold that business and stayed on as a consultant for the company that bought it, I was still doing around 40,000km per year.
Without wishing to seem heartless to all the grief, the Covid Pandemic was a game changer for me … in a good way … I have been able to work remotely ever since and now I struggle to do >12,000 km per year whilst still working full time then part time, still with the same company, from which I officially “retire” in two weeks.
But I have started a new company with two others, so the annual kms may rise again for a couple of active years, before settling back into the role of part time, remote working consultant and client bon viviant 8))
