Just over 12 months ago I cashed out 50% and decided to stay that way for 12 months ... trading and stock picking the other 50%.
This year I'm trying to second guess what happens next.
So I look at the Dow (3 year weekly) and think ... not much correction there - going to be a rotation at some stage in favour of growth.
I look at the S&P and think - double bottom and test of support around 3500 seems an obvious (first) target.
I look at the Nasdaq and think - it's likely to lead the equities market up and receive the rotate from the Dow while the S&P goes lower. Growth before value recovery - right?
Perhaps.
Then look at TSLA ... bounce in progress perhaps? SOXX - small inverse H&S bouncing off the (weekly) MA200 - perhaps???
Are we starting to see green shoots in some oversold growth stocks?
Anyone have anything constructive they'd like to add?
Or am I just too optimistic and jumping the gun?
