I would of liked another $5 million for the week extension. They had a month worth of exclusive negotiations for $15 million.......another week, sure but it'll cost you $5 mill.
I know we're in a tight position but this is how the company has been run for years, they are a very dynamic company and have been able to adjust quickly I believe.
Still, it proves to me that the deal will go ahead, perhaps the management team were holding out for more. Some don't believe we have any bargaining position but that's not how I see it.
Going to be interesting to see how the market reacts. I feel there may be one last attempt at share redistribution. If so, DONT sell into it. If you've done your Due Dillegence you know what your value of the company is. My number isn't even close to current levels. I've got no doubt this will be a billion dollar + company.
