Yeah I would agree with you on the point they do not want to relinquish control and they would be stubborn and i am sure they would run with 0 Australian directors and run the ship themselves if allowed. I can see that being a problem and certainly would of been a contributing factor in Malone leaving. But he did leave immediately throwing us shareholders under the buss. That part annoys me, the fact he did not give notice and did not take the effect it would have on us shareholders into consideration.
Hope Mier has learnt something from this and relinguishes some of his control with the next directors.
