I'm not upramping. I'm merely stating that after certain interactions we formed an opinion. One was in regard to ability to get funding. I'm not prepared to post hearsay however look at how the lst CR was structured and who the underwriters were and draw your own conclusions. I had a concern about Michael's understanding of historical aspects of the company. I contacted him in regard to the revenue from the 3 diamonds multiple times and he kept pointing me back to the prospectus for the last CR which was about the pearls. At that time I put aside my concerns saying to myself he hs only recently joined, he's looking forwards and not backwards etc. However with the above two points and my conversations with other holders I started to have my doubts. The way the resignations happened also I don't respect Michael or Di for that given the timing and what pressure this put on the company at a critical time.
