    The leverage benefit works like this

    You have $6750 as per your example.

    You can buy 38570 heads or you can buy 50000 IMOUB

    If in six months the share price was double what it is today then IMU would be sitting at 35 cents. Your 38570 heads would be worth $13500 = 100% ROI.

    At IMU 35 cents then your IMUOB would be worth ~ 31 cents each equalling (50000 * .31) = $15500 = ~129% ROI.

    So 129% (options) v 100% (heads)

    At this point you can sell the IMUOB on market for your 129% gain or pay the exercise price of (4c * 50000) = $2000 to receive your 50000 heads.

    So the percentage return on your investment is where the heads make a difference as the price of the heads rises.

    But it also works against on the downside.
