No disrespect but you and many others appear to be confusing sclc with nsclc two vastly different beasts . Keytruda is a highly effective treatment for nsclc and is a market leader . Imugene is a highly effective treatment for nothing at the moment . Also please be aware that clinical cancer trials are of at least 8 years duration and no meaningful data is available for at least 2/3 years and that is only for stage 4 cancer . Oncologists cannot administer any form of experimental drug until a full course of the current preferred treatment has been completed .
