a takeover is a catch 22 scenario...
possibility 1 : T/O at an elevated price as an investor you would be happy
possibility 2 : continue to advance the idea/cancer research at your own cost difficult without financial support ...share price will stagnate
possibility 3: merger with larger company and retain scientific creators/developers to further the treatment...share price ? current IMU admin
do not appear to be the merger type....
financial reward on the market is priority 1, the societal humanitarian component of the treatment will be much further down the line ( we all know how long drugs take to develop).
