The market has become very volatile of late and is almost always seen at tops, but doesn't ensure this is one.

There was a great deal of fear yesterday as shown by the SPI closing at 15 pt discount. That was just one reason to think today would be higher at some stage.

There is a battle between fear and greed. On down days the old memories of last year emerge and on days like last night in the US the fear of once again missing out on the great rally takes hold.
