Volt, first just want to add to the other comments commending your work/input in this forum. It is helpful to anticipate and take advantage of possible trades.

I'm just touching base seeking your thoughts around previous posts we've briefly shared on Ferrera and Laundry anticipated turn dates.

Any further update or thoughts at your end around Ferrera? Laundry is sticking to his turn date and the market (so far) is working in line with that, but if this doesn't play out and we haven't yet seen the top, is Ferrera normally out by this much in time and action?

Interested in your thoughts as you once said that it's unlikely that they both could be wrong at the same time. When you have a moment.
