I haven't seen the article but I am a bit surprised.
It was my understanding from previous forms signed and information from CMC, that financial regulators in Australia would not allow CMC to use their unsecured creditor model in this country.
I understood that they were made to keep client funds seperate. I am sure I am not imagining it.
If I am wrong then the regulators here are not doing their job.
